Chamomile Lotion with Honey & Green Tea
Made with rich oils and butters, this chamomile lotion is the best choice for dry or mature skin. Organic coconut oil, cocoa butter, shea butter and soybean oil smooths and softens even the driest, roughest skin. Organic aloe vera, honey, glycerin, lecithin and hyaluronic acid bathes the skin in moisture while chamomile extract and geranium essential oil soothes and balances dry and irritated skin. In addition, the chamomile lotion also contains green tea extract, which has anti-oxidants that can prevent and repair sun damage.
The chamomile lotion is a slightly thicker lotion, more like a cream, which also makes it excellent as a hand or face cream. It is softly scented with vanilla, lavender and geranium essential oils, which are all beneficial for drier skin conditions.
Because
the chamomile lotion is too thick to be pumped through a normal lotion
pump, I chose to put it in a recyclable airless container. The airless
container pumps the chamomile lotion with ease and keeps it contamination
free during use, which increases the shelf life.
Directions: Use the chamomile lotion for hands, face and body. The chamomile lotion is most beneficial after the shower while the skin is still moist. Repeat as needed. Also use the chamomile lotion after too much sun.
Personal notes: My own experience with the chamomile lotion is that it works great as an after sun lotion. My son has the whitest skin ever and tends to burn, no matter how much sunscreen we put on him. And when he comes home with a sun burn after a day at the local swimming pool, all he needs to do is use this lotion in the evening, and by morning, the burn is gone. Quite amazing! So, my whole family loves this one, including my husband, who is a construction worker...
