Recycling

All the products are packaged in recyclable containers. Both airless containers and lip balm tubes have recycle number 5, and of course, the glass bottles are also recyclable...

Return Policy

Returns or exchanges are not accepted on full sized bottles due to the nature of the products (I can't resell used products). So, if in doubt, please buy a sample first to avoid disappointment! If you buy a full sized bottle later, I'll be happy to refund the sample cost for that bottle. Just remind me during checkout.

Damaged or Faulty Products

If a product is damaged in shipping, or faulty in some way, an exchange or a refund will be given.
