Using natural sunscreen is the easiest way to prevent premature aging and sun damage from too much UV exposure. The one thing that all dermatologists agree on is the fact that over 90% of the signs of aging, such as wrinkles and sun spots are caused by excessive sun exposure, and that the best thing we can do to preserve a youthful looking skin is to use some kind of sunscreen.

There are two different types of sunscreen - chemical sunscreens that absorb the UV rays, and physical sunscreens that uses titanium dioxide and zinc oxide to reflect harmful radiation away from the skin. While chemical sunscreens contain potentially harmful chemicals that can negatively affect your health, physical sunscreens made with natural ingredients have no known health concerns and are considered safe for anyone to use. Directions: Apply the natural sunscreen liberally and rub it in well. (It works best if you put on a generous amount). Personal notes: My kids love this natural sunscreen - it smells good, is easy to rub in, doesn't leave the skin white, doesn't burn the eyes if it gets too close, and it makes it possible for them to run around outside all day without suffering any sun damage. Personally, I also love this natural sunscreen because I can easily put my tinted facial moisturizer on top of it. No more sunspots for me!!! I'm excited!
