Eye Brightener Makes You Look Fresh And Starry Eyed!
The eye brightener has three different uses: It can be used to brighten and even out slight discoloration under the eyes, it can be used as a makeup primer to hold your eye makeup in place, and it has enough titanium dioxide in it that it gives you good sun protection as well. It also comes in two different shades to match different skin tones.
If you have light or fair skin, use the light shade. If you already have a tan, and you like the medium cream foundation or medium tinted moisturizer, the medium shade will work better.
* ABSOLUTELY love this eye brightener. Best stuff on the market. I just ordered more so I don't run out... Very smooth and stays on.

How to Use the Eye Brightener:
Apply a thin layer of the eye brightener below the inner corner of the eye. Feather it outward and downward about an inch from the eye. Then apply tinted moisturizer or mineral cream foundation up to it and blend. The eye brightener can also be applied on the eyelid and under the eyebrow if needed. It works great as an eye makeup primer.
Eye Brightener Note:
The eye brightener is is not a concealer - if you have very dark areas under your eyes, you need to apply concealer stick first, and then apply the eye brightener on top. The eye brightener offers more coverage than the tinted moisturizers, but not quite as much as a regular concealer.
