All the products are packaged in recyclable containers and wrapped in tissue paper made from 100% recycled materials. Both airless containers and lip balm tubes have recycle number 5, and of course, the glass bottles are also recyclable…

Green Beauty Return Policy

Returns or exchanges are not accepted on full sized bottles due to the nature of the products (I can’t resell used products). So, if in doubt, please buy a sample first to avoid disappointment!

Faulty Cosmetics Products

If a product or packaging is faulty in some way, an exchange or a refund will be given. I must be notified about this via email within 3 days of receiving the package.

Lost or Damaged Packages

Tracking is automatically included in the shipping price. For packages over $60.00 insurance is also included. No insurance is included on international packages. Please allow at least 4 weeks before considering the package lost. On international orders, it can take as much as 6 weeks to receive a package. Please also remember that the shipping speed is not in my hands…

Since none of the Green Beauty Cosmetics products have been tested on animals, I assume no liability for any kind of allergic reaction, eruption or any other damages that the products may potentially cause, including (but not limited to) loss of wages, revenues or business, or disappointed expectations of any kind. The customer must agree, before buying the products, that if they are not happy with them, the only solution shall be that they stop using the products. If, however, an allergic reaction or eruption should occur, a full refund for the cost of the products will be given as the only form of compensation. No other form of compensation will be given. So if your skin is super sensitive, please buy only a sample at first and try it with caution!
